Liquid Biopsy Sample Preparation System
Liquid Biopsy Sample Preparation System
Liquid biopsy based on blood and other body fluids has the advantages of overcoming tumor heterogeneity, reproducible detection, dynamic monitoring, achievable minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring and early tumor screening, so the clinical accessibility is broad and the future application is prosperous.
Hospitals or third-party medical examination institutions receive thousands of samples every day, and each sample corresponds to a different testing item. At present, sorting is carried out by manual inspection and checking the tube wall information. Meanwhile, sample preparation procedures such as centrifugation, blood stratification detection, and hemolysis detection are required, which are prone to errors, and some samples have certain risks. Therefore, it is urgent to automate the whole process operation.
Product introduction
Liquid Biopsy Sample Preparation System
MRA-LSF-800
Product Features
It automatically completes the feeding of blood sampling tubes, code scanning, information docking, weighing detection, sorting, and transferring to the corresponding detection area.
It automatically completes all sample preparation steps including centrifugation, decapping, blood stratification testing, hemolysis testing, and sub-packaging of each component.
It greatly improves sorting efficiency without error, throughput up to 240 tubes/h.
It can be connected to the assembly line and conveyor line before and after sorting.
It is compatible with blood sampling tube, centrifuge tube, falcon tube, QR code cryopreservation tube and other consumables.
It automatically identifies the barcode information for sorting, and is compatible with the sorting and storage of abnormal samples.
Quality control measures includes hemolysis level testing, clot testing, whole-process monitoring of various pipetting errors, which can trace to each step of each sample tube.
It can be connected to the upstream sorting system and automatically identify the sample processing method to avoid human error.
The whole process data can be traced and directly connected to the LIMS information system.
